This membership classification is perfect if you’d still like all the benefits of being a full SBMA member, but your business address falls outside of our designated footprint.

Unlike other regional chambers, The Stonington Borough Merchants Association focuses ALL of their efforts on promoting Stonington Borough. That means we gather data from our members, residents, partners, website, and events to improve and enhance our strategy to drive traffic to your business. An annual membership with the SBMA entitles your business to:

• Promotional exposure through our website with links to your business in multiple places

• Inclusion in an editorial feature one to two times per year supported with email marketing to a growing and opted-in subscriber base

• Promotional exposure through social media that includes approximately 1-2 posts per week on our Instagram feed, and stories that rotate 6 primary themes approximately every three to five days. Your events will also be shared on our Facebook events page.

• Access to comprehensive, targeted marketing campaigns for major events

• Inclusion in a printed walking map that lists your location and business information

• Social media and online exposure to SBMA’s targeted and engaged followers
